service for all your accommodation requirements. We guarantee to
respond to your request for accommodation within 30 minutes of your initial call.
Within this time we will approach a number of different hotels on your behalf
and will research all information pertaining to your booking. In addition, we will
negotiate directly with each hotel to ensure that we have obtained the best
available rate on every occasion.
A Booking Confirmation will be faxed or e-mailed to both yourself and your chosen
hotel immediately. The confirmation will clearly outline the details of your booking,
including costings, savings and cancellations policies. Should you require, we will
also arrange for location details to be sent to you in advance of your stay.
Amendments Or Cancellations
Venue Options will also carry out any amendments or cancellations on your behalf.
You will be issued with a unique reference number as a record of cancellation.
