Reservations Consultants - Full Time
This is a challenging role where you will work directly with our corporate clients, negotiating rates and confirming their accommodation, meetings & events into leading UK & International hotels and venues. You must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve daily targets, whilst offering a very high level of customer service, drive and determination. Experience within the Travel Industry is essential.
Meetings & Events Consultants - Full Time
This is a challenging role where you will work directly with our Corporate Clients, negotiating rates and confirming their accommodation, meetings and events into leading UK & International hotels and venues. You will have excellent administration skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. You will be highly organised, possess interpersonal and communication skills and be a strong team player and able to work on own initiative.Duties will include receiving, handling and converting Meetings & Events enquiries, planning events in conjunction with client, preparing quotes for potential business, receiving and checking invoices for events, encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and all associated administration as required.You must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve daily targets, whilst offering a very high level of Customer Service, drive and determination. Excellent geographical knowledge and experience from within the Travel Industry is essentiale.
