Meetings & Conferences

Venue Options provide a fully comprehensive support service for all your meeting,
training and conference needs.  From finding the ideal venue to suit your requirements,
through rate negotiation and detailed planning and eventually negotiation of contracts,
Venue Options will remove the pressures and strains of managing events. 

From your initial call we will establish the aims of your event along with the style,
layout and structure, presentation requirements and detailed information relating to
your refreshment and menu choices.  At this point, we start to build a picture of what
you are trying to achieve from the event and will proceed based on these specifications
along with any budgetary restrictions that you may wish to define.

Specifications

Based on your individual specification, detailed proposals will be provided
within 4 hours of your call.  All costings will be outlined, along with a
description of each hotel or venue. 

Venue Options will negotiate the rates and terms of the event, prior to our
proposal to you.  However, often we can further improve on these rates,
once we have received confirmation of the event. 

To assist you in your decision, we will request brochures to back up
each of our proposals or perhaps arrange an inspection visit on your behalf.
