At Venue Options we recognise that as more and more companies look to streamline their travel and hotel expenditure, Management Reports can provide a valuable source of financial information. 

Our flexibility is such that you can tailor the reports to your own personal requirements.  For example, you may wish the reports to be presented by Cost Centre, Department, or perhaps by office location. 

The reports consequently play an important role in monitoring expenditure and in implementing a Hotel Booking Policy.  At Venue Options, we will provide you with an “Expenditure Report” monthly or at intervals to suit your requirements

Analysis

Through on-going analysis and interpretation, the information contained within the reports provides a valuable tool in strengthening contracts and allowing further negotiations on rates.  We can provide information relating to both current and potential expenditure, breakdown by location and market share analysis to give strength to further negotiation with targeted hotels and groups. 

In addition, we strongly believe that negotiations should also take place at a local level and specifically in areas of high usage.  The volume usage in local or key areas can often provide the opportunity to negotiate to levels far below that of the standard Corporate Rate.
