We focus on a small number of accounts for each dedicated account handler, to achieve strong working relationships and a highly personalised service.

Our commitment to continuous improvement means we are constantly monitoring and striving to improve upon our standards. We operate a Customer Service Policy that will guarantee you an initial response to any complaint within a maximum of 1 hour with completion, supported by relevant documentation within 5 working days.
