We actively encourage our customers to provide us with feedback, not only on the service levels they receive directly from us, but also information relating to hotels or venues that they have experienced. We operate a Customer Service Policy that will guarantee you an initial response to any complaint within a maximum of 1 hour. All complaints will be followed through with the hotel and backed by copies of correspondence within a maximum of 48 hours.
Our service is completely free of charge, there are no hidden costs involved.
Calls will be answered promptly within a maximum of three rings.
Nominated account handlers will ensure that you receive a personal service.
A customer service policy guarantee's that you will receive a response to your call within 1 hour.
